You'll own a portfolio of customers, guiding them from onboarding through expansion and making sure their AI agents deliver measurable results.

What you'll do

  • Onboard new customers and drive adoption
  • Own renewals and identify expansion opportunities
  • Be the voice of the customer to product
  • Track and improve account health

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years in customer success or account management
  • Experience with B2B SaaS customers
  • Empathetic, proactive, and data-informed
  • Comfortable owning commercial conversations
