ML Research Scientist — NLP

About the role

You'll research and prototype the next generation of our conversational models, working closely with engineering to move ideas from paper to production.

What you'll do

• Research and prototype NLP and dialogue models
• Run experiments and define evaluation methodology
• Partner with engineering to productionize results
• Stay current with the conversational-AI literature

What we're looking for

• MSc/PhD in ML, NLP, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong Python and modern ML frameworks
• Track record of shipping models, not just papers
• Clear written and verbal communication
