About the role
You'll design end-to-end experiences across our product — from onboarding to agent configuration — balancing clarity, trust, and power-user depth.
What you'll do
- Own design for key product areas end to end
- Run discovery, prototype, and validate with users
- Contribute to and evolve the design system
- Partner closely with engineering on delivery
What we're looking for
- 4+ years designing digital products
- Strong portfolio of shipped product work
- Fluent in Figma and modern design systems
- Comfortable with ambiguity in an early-stage team
