About the role
You'll own a portfolio of customers, guiding them from onboarding through expansion and making sure their AI agents deliver measurable results.
What you'll do
- Onboard new customers and drive adoption
- Own renewals and identify expansion opportunities
- Be the voice of the customer to product
- Track and improve account health
What we're looking for
- 3+ years in customer success or account management
- Experience with B2B SaaS customers
- Empathetic, proactive, and data-informed
- Comfortable owning commercial conversations
