About the role
You'll create the documentation, guides, and help content that make Joble easy to adopt — for both non-technical business owners and developers.
What you'll do
- Write and maintain product documentation and guides
- Create onboarding and help-center content
- Collaborate with product and support on accuracy
- Keep docs current as the product evolves
What we're looking for
- 2+ years in technical writing
- Ability to explain complex topics simply
- Strong English writing and editing
- Comfortable working independently on a contract basis
