Native integrations with Shopify, WooCommerce, Google Calendar, Microsoft 365 (Outlook), and WordPress are live. All bookings and conversation outcomes also flow into the Joble Workspace dashboard, which serves as the central hub for every agent interaction.
Joble's Web Agent reads your full Shopify product catalogue — products, variants, prices, stock levels, descriptions, images. Visitors can ask product questions and Sophia returns matching products inside the chat with prices and add-to-cart actions. Orders and returns also route through the integration, and the agent can create bookings for any in-store consultations or fittings tied to specific products.
Two-way sync. Every appointment booked through the Web Agent or Phone Agent appears in your Google Calendar within seconds. Every event you create or modify in Google Calendar reflects in Joble Workspace immediately, so the AI agents never propose a slot that's actually busy. The integration uses official Google OAuth and respects calendar permissions.
